In the app
The implemented account screen provides a Delete account action for signed-in users, followed by confirmation. Live public accounts are not available yet. At launch, open your account screen, choose Delete account, read the warning and confirm only if you want to remove the account. If you cannot sign in, use account recovery or the support request route below.
Request deletion without the app
You can request deletion by email using the contact below with the subject DapurPlan account deletion. Send the request from your account email where possible. We will verify ownership before deleting data; never send your password or one-time code. Public app accounts are not open yet; this contact accepts DapurPlan support and privacy enquiries.
What deletion affects
Deletion removes the app account and its linked household/preferences, plans, shopping lists and notification registrations from the active account service. Associated subscription-access and device records are removed through account deletion rules. Removal cannot recall a notification already sent or delete transaction records held independently by Apple or Google.
Retention exceptions
Specific legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute records may require retention separately from an active account. We will explain any applicable category, purpose and retention period when handling your request. Backup and provider-retention arrangements must be finalized before public launch; instant removal from every backup is not promised.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting the app or DapurPlan account does not cancel Apple or Google billing. Cancel with the relevant store before deletion if you do not want renewal. See Subscription help. Store refund rights and transaction history remain governed by the relevant platform and applicable law.
